Thank you for a such wonderful stay. This place is beautiful and absolutely great because of the perfect location and the volcano views. The double room is newly decorated and has a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning.

The views from the hotel are fantastic,
The hotel is on the main road to Thira and is noisy, our room was tired, the furniture was old and basic, the bathroom is small with a tiny bath, the kitchen wasn't very well equipped and the wifi was very slow

The veiw and sunset is really nice. When we booked the hotel it is show the map in fira center which is bit problem in the beginning, and we couldn't cancel it until we find out it is actually 20 mintues walk to fira, but then we found out it is actually better not stay in fira, beacuse all the hotel with the sew view is not on the main road, and the taxi only stop in the main road, people have to carry your heavy luggage walk up or down to the sea view hotel in fira. So it is ok paying 5 Euro to fira by taxi. The hotel in the just beside the Caldera Butterfly is much more expensive, if you not care about 4 star Up hotel service but still want to enjoy the sea view and not care about 5 euro transport is recommended with the price and location.
The room is quite clean bit style is bit old, bathroom are small and old, but ok. Staff is bit cold compare with other hotel we stayed in greece, but overall the people in santorini is not as good as other islands. Littel noise because of our room is close to the main road, lot of bikes passing. And as I said, it is 20 minutes walking distance and the Booking map only show in fira center. Which is big problem. With 30 degree up, I think it is not nice idea to walk to fira. You will have much walk in fira and oia.

A fantastic place to be, and a good base for activities around the island. The views of the caldera from all windows in the rooms, from the breakfast balcony, and from the swimming pool area were spectacular. The rooms and service were friendly and excellent. Breakfasts included were simple but very good.
Stairs to the children's area were very steep, otherwise fantastic.

We recently stayed at Caldera Butterfly Villas for a relaxing getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, with stunning views of the caldera and the sea. The room itself was beautiful, with unique semicircular ceilings and a spacious and comfortable bathroom. We especially loved the balcony with its breathtaking caldera view. The hotel is conveniently located near Fira and we highly recommend renting a car to explore the island and take in the spectacular views. Additionally, the hotel staff, including receptionist Jane and handyman Alexsi, were extremely helpful and eager to please. Caldera Butterfly Villas provided excellent budget accommodation with one of the world's best views.
Can recommend this hotel.

The room was large compared to other hotels we stayed in during our trip to Greece. The bathroom was by far the nicest, with a huge new shower. The pool area was nice, and the view of the caldera was outstanding.
For the cost of our room, the breakfast was disappointing. I would have preferred a buffet. The location is a bit outside of Fira. I tracked it on my gps and it is 1.6 miles, a 30 minute walk. We rented an atv during our stay which made the trip much easier. I recommend this.

We found the management and staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. That made our stay even more pleasant, when you consider the breath taking views from these beautiful Villas. The location suited us as it was in a location that was not as congested as you normally find in Greece, and thus made access and parking very hastle free for us. I would highly recommend these villas to any one looking for a relaxing holiday in a magnificent location with very friendly and helpfull staff.
The Poll side bar was not open.
